RECOGNISING THE NATION'S TOP APPRENTICESHIP EMPLOYERS IN 2020
The new rankings for 2020 were announced during a special broadcast on Wednesday 21st October and a factsheet on the new Top 100 is available here.
The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers is the new national league table showcasing the nation’s outstanding apprenticeship employers that has been developed by the National Apprenticeship Service, in partnership with High Fliers Research.
Employing apprentices is a productive and effective way for any organisation to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. More than 100,000 organisations in England are now apprenticeship employers.
The new rankings recognise the country’s leading apprenticeship employers for their overall commitment to employing apprentices, their creation of new apprenticeships, the diversity of their new apprentices, and the progression of their apprentices onto further apprenticeships and employment.
Over 400 employers from a wide range of industries and business sectors entered for the inaugural rankings earlier this year. Entries were independently assessed and the data used to compile the new national leader board of top apprenticeship employers.
The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers for 2020 was announced in a special live broadcast on Wednesday 21st October, which included a full countdown of the new rankings, analysis and research about the nation’s top apprenticeship employers, plus interviews and discussion with apprentices and employers.
These new annual rankings will help potential apprentices, parents and careers advisers easily identify apprenticeship opportunities at England’s top employers.
